Traceability

The Vignerons de Laudun winery has created a full circuit of traceability, recording all appropriate data. It is not enough to talk about integrated agriculture, it is important to show it and to prove it. And that is exactly what the Vignerons de Laudun winery has done - you can trace the grapes from the soil where they were harvested to the bottle (see the sticker on the bottle).

In the Vignerons de Laudun vineyards, one hundred hectares are cultivated using integrated agriculture. The traceability is undertaken with a cartographic software program where the specific vineyards are integrated. The Laudun winery is a leader in this domain, with a program that integrates data on the vineyards themselves, coupled with a program of traceability.
Each vinegrower has a folders where he records all the steps that he takes on his vines. Once this data is entered into the software, it is possible to produce a map and table showing the names of the vinegrower, the varietals planted, the year of planting, the rootstock, the different steps of cultivation, the harvest, and then all the way up to the bottling, with a specific identification number on the bottle.
From the soil to the wine, the entire chain of traceability is visible and readable.

From the number indicated on a bottle, it is possible to work back up to the tank, the vineyard, the soil, the treatments, the vinegrower who took care of the vines over the year, to give birth to this Laudun wine of great quality.
