The technician who runs the weighing and analysis station is responsible for determining the weight, sanitary condition and maturity of each arriving crop.
After obtaining his "ticket", the vinegrower drives his crop to the platform where he empties his grapes into a "hopper."

   The vinegrower then returns to the opposite side of the analysis station, where, after his equipment is weighed once again, empty this time, he will obtain the validation of his crop.
