When the grapes are bursting with sunshine, having attained their desired maturity, the "vendanges" - the harvest - begins. The vinegrowers bring their crop to the winery where the subtle alchemy of winemaking transforms their grapes into wine.

This begins with the weighing in and analysis that will send the grapes to the appropriate tank.
  Next, fermentation begins, carefully watched by the entire Vignerons de Laudun team so that the yeast transforms the juice into the perfect wines.
