tasting

The Domaine du Boulas is located on the southern side of the Camp de Cesar plateau. The soil is composed of rocky and gravelly slopes. It is especially exposed to the Mistral winds.

Pretty ruby color. Strong notes of little red fruits - especially cherry. A very round supple finish. Very typical of Cotes du Rhone. Drink right away or age 2-3 years.
